I can ONLY imagine what promiscuous people deal with mentally. Some may be very dismissive yet others feel a deep sense of guilt and shame. Speaking of Shame, the movie with Michael Fassbender is worth watching. Promiscuity caused his character's life to spiral out of control. Shame is a pretty deep film. Sometimes our need for love becomes desperation and that desperation pushes us to accept anyone who shows interest as worthy of being in a deep and meaningful relationship with us. Only to go down that emotional rabbit hole that leads to nothing but pain and confusion because the people we invited to our lives were operating from brokenness and we decided to put on a cape to save them. As hard as it is to hear, that person who walked away did you the biggest favour. Man’s rejection is God’s protection. Take this opportunity to also look within and address whatever causes you to crave connection. The Holy Spirit is a gentle but firm teacher and when you trust the process- even when the journey is lonely, you will emerge healed and begin to encounter your people in your tribe. I applaud your honesty.

Jesus loves you and died on the cross so you can find salvation through him before this world passes away. Acts 2:38 commands us to repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (not the titles) & receive the Holy Spirit. John 3:5 also states that we cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven without being born of the water and the spirit. First you must believe in Jesus who died for your sins (John 3:16). Find a church/community that baptizes in Jesus name and believes in the Holy Spirit

Omg girl I had somewhat of the same experience. We never kissed or had sex, not even a date. It was so short lived he gave me so much whiplash but he wasn’t a good guy and it’s crazy but I knew deep down something wasn’t right. It’s been 10 months and I’m finally getting over him but i definitely think about him but it doesn’t hurt as much and I’m no longer hung up on the what ifs. I think I’m caught up on the idea of him that i created. He showed who he really is from the beginning and even though it hurts I’m happy it ended the way it did. Before he could’ve hurt me even more.

I am struggling with soul ties. I see my child struggling too. I started with talking to her about God too. I tell her she is my gift from God. I had a nightmare I was running away from my ex try to get back to my mom. She is my rock. I want to be a rock for my rock to my daughter. I still love her father but go through this is. It’s good for me and us. I am a good mom and my children have a better childhood than I had. Every day is better than before.

I could literally feel his energy before I even seen him. I looked around to see who it was I was feeling & I saw him & I went on about my business. Idk what it is but I can feel his thoughts, moods & when he would be close by. We never did anything pass a kiss & now I am sitting here heartbroken. Our emotional connection was insane. Prior to him coming into my life I felt such a disconnect with God. When he came into my life I started praying to God again. He’s the 1st man that I felt a pull towards God than him pulling me away like the others. He actually liked the fact that I’m religious. His life isn’t together which I knew & because of me he wants to change that. He feels like he can’t be with me until he gets it together. This separation or could even be an ending has been so painful. So many things in this video has been accurate on my end. We haven’t spoken in a couple of months & I am in so much emotional pain. I need it to go away. I cry out to God for it to go away & for him to take these feelings away if this is not the man He has for me. I’m at the point even if he is who God has for me I want these feelings gone. If it’s meant God will put them back in me. I’ve been trying to detach from him but still had to see him due our jobs interfering. I’ve started back healthy eating for awhile & just started back exercising. I’m trying get back to me & build a stronger relationship with God. He’s gone now from the job, so I pray this is what I needed to fully heal.

This happened to me too. I think it's a "twin flame" by researching the symptoms but I don't really know what it means actually. Never met in real life just a single ordinary video chat, but it was the eye contact that did it. Have you noticed that his energy has started sleeping next to you at night and you can sort of touch it with your mind? That's happening with mine and it has a distinct smell that's extremely pleasant like some type of fruit or perfume.

He didn’t use scented soap or cologne. 🤔 I wonder if you’re smelling your person’s scent. What has been happening for months is I see & hear his first & last name everywhere. Also there are key words & numbers that I come across everyday. I won’t even be thinking about him & these things will just pop up. After the first time we hung out I felt that kind of thought when God speaks to you, that the reason why I could feel him like I did is he’s supposed to be my person. He also told me he felt some type of connection to me, like I’m meant to be in his life. We’ve had the same dream & whatever I think he says it. That has been confirmation for me. I leave it in God’s hands at this point.

Oh wow ! Again, you are posting at the perfect time ! Everything points to the fact that, in my life, a breakup with my longtime friend with benefits is coming. There is already distance, so it will come easier, but it was difficult for years ! Even though I am not religious, I have to admit that a longtime s*xual relationship is hard to get out of - You can feel like you had a 'pact' and both fwb partners can get jealous when the fwb partner has someone else, in fear of losing the fwb arrangement forever. Forgiving yourself was a hard one for me, I called myself stupid fpr over a month, the negative self talk was bad. The one day I said you are Not stupid for taking a chance on love! This person told me they loved me, gave me a key and treated me horribly. It's both - the soul tie is the metaphysical mechanism of the traumatic bond. I can see them for some reason, it looks like a coily rope like an umbilical cord or like tree roots
