If you are new to fatalis, it's normal to keep running away from his attacks like for example those explosive slimes on the ground. Once you fight fata more and more, you'll realize that those slimes can just be avoided by just walking away normally. It took me 5 hours to adapt at day 1 fatalis. Good luck still

Like the other guy said, try to utilize the dive attack. But if you are unsure, you can still use ground IG

use moxie as last option unless you have blight res cause you will die from the fire blight every time.

Yeah that time i didn't have insurance and safeguard active so i chose moxie instead. I often die from physical attack than firebreath

@@DarkRavenCH I prefer to just run a bit of evasion and that helps you roll most of everything other than that Insurance or heroics....I don't speed run but the added defense from Heroics can save you depending on how much health you have and I run the Fatalis set so 200 health is comfy anyway.

Late to the party here, but how did you get a double kinsect charge buff from the dragon pod? I thought that only did the attack boost.

When you charge kinsect with ammo it can retrieve 2 buffs.

If you're gonna headsnipe anyway go with a switch axe zsd cheese build. Way comfier, better dps, and if anything only slightly less safe than IG (considering the hops and mobility)

Actually MHW is the only game where I can feel what IG is like. I never experienced full je suis monte with IG in previous gen so.. anyway, I felt that the ground combos are much more satisfying atleast for me

@@jubabutler Well ground glaive is much stronger than air glaive although I do agree that he should've took advantage of the ability to dodge in the air. Also the dive thrust is very good for headsniping during certain attack animations
