Where do data analysts and engineers come into that breakdown that you showed? E.g if the role is more of a “data and AI” product manager, and if I’m covering machine learning models and standard data models (e.g no ML, but smarts still needed)?

What is the process, do people already inside have an easier interview than outside getting in? However, between the two of me and my teams i'll only be able to deliver 1 of the 2 P0 features-- the feature on my roadmap or the feature on my counterpart’s roadmap. What do I do?

Hi Arekam! Quantify the ROI of both and go with the one that will have a larger impact to your OKRs. Just because both are high priority, doesn't mean they have the same impact. Quantify it and make the decision based on that
