I agree with most of what they discuss. Depending on your seniority as a CoS, you may need many more years of experience. A senior CoS is the proxy for the CEO and speaks on their behalf. I know many CoS who are not in the weeds; they are strategic partners and counsel to the CEO. Thinks of Jeff Bezos and his shadow, as he called his CoS.
