How to Breakdance | Elbow Air Flare | Phe La Roc (Art of Movement)
Details: This Tutorial is taught by Leng Phe who is a bboy from Seattle Washington. Leng is a part of the dance group Art of Movement and currently lives in Long Beach, CA and today he is teaching you how to do an Elbow Air Flare. This is a difficult move so make sure you take it slowly and commit yourself to it.

He's going clockwise. Start with flares and yes hand stand and other basic freezes comming soon.

Depending on the person. If you got your elbow freeze and air flare down then this move should be easy. It'll take some time to adjust.

@MrTechboy12 ehh, i beg to differ on that. i can do multiple airtracks, but am still working on elbow air tracks. i can only do maximum of 2 elbows rite nao and ive been working on it these past weeks or so :/. I guess it depends on the person tho.
