have you ever seen a shrimp have over 40 babies in one batch? is that a lot or small batch? my orange Sunkist had over 40,and there 2 weeks old,i havnt had any die yet! and I don't check water parameters at all, just keep the temp at 74,fluval stratum, and plants, and sponge filter, and they are thriving in the 1.5gallon,but slowly moving all 40+ to a 10. how do you recommend moving them safe,or when should I?

I have three very solid red, two female and one male from my local stores. They live in duckweed with zafina in soil, peat, sand, clay. They look happy and I hope the berries hatch so I can make a breeding tank to overflow to feed my goldfish an enriched diet. He lives on duckweed and gets mostly earthworms, slugs, and spiders.

Great video! I just discovered your your channel and I really love the work you do. Just got into shrimp keeping, (well- I don’t have any shrimp yet…but I have a 3.5 gallon tank sitting around I am dedicated to shrimp) But should I put a heater in my tank if it’s in a pretty cold room? It’s probably about 17 degrees Celsius.

Two weeks later and at least 9 out of 10 are still alive (I'm sure they all are but I have a big 90 gallon tank; the most I've seen at one time are 9). THANK YOU will never order shrimp anywhere else ever again!!! Got nothing but problems from my local fish store, thankfully didn't get mixed in with my incredibly healthy display tank. another question or maybe it's just a couple questions for clarification. 1. If I understand what you were saying, the Painted Fire Red Shrimp is still in the Cherry Shrimp family just a higher grade, right? 2. Are there any higher quality than the Painted Fire Reds? 3. Do you notice a lower fry survival rate with the higher quality?

Great video thanks man, I may have jumped the gun but I have one really great coloured cherry shrimp in a community tank with one opaque shrimp, both look happy and healthy, so today I bought 5 more including 1 or 2 females cattying eggs and I've set up a 40 litre tank for the new guys, it's dedicated to shrimp only but your video was great full of awesome info, I'm curious though if you could tell me if there is a quality difference in the original red shrimp I have and the new ones, (I've kept her in the community tank until I know how this will go. I'm making some videos at the moment so if you could help let me know and I'll share your channel when I make the video and hopefully you can help educate myself and anyone who watches my video. What happens when a Rili Red cherry shrimp breeds with a "normal cherry shrimp"? "Rili red cherry shrimp" + "normal cherry shrimp" = ??? I'm still pretty new at shrimp breeding. Is it possible to breed cherry shrimp into Rili cherry shrimp, since cross breeding causes their offspring to carry the "Rili trait". Also the fact that Rili cherry shrimp are pretty much "normal cherry shrimp", but have a distinct transparent pattern. Or is the out come just "regular cherry shrimp"? (I kinda understand the selective breeding part) I'm just wondering because my local aquarium shop ran out of "Rili cherry shrimp females", so I have no females for my male "Rili cherry shrimp" that I brought.
