Great job. Impressed the window came out with just one crack, and only lost one brick. Window will still make a cold frame. Silly question: have you ever tried a mortar rake bit on an angle grinder. I'm guessing they don't last long and perhaps more importantly make even more dust so you would have to add vacuum dust extractor attachment, prob creating more work by the time you were done. Someone could send some free kit to try perhaps.

Really good Steve , Does'nt really get any better than that on a "patch in" very good match. Might have been easier to get window out first but not always possible. As far as the broken brick goes, There's always one, or in my case, normally several lol. Got the same Titan drill as me, not bad for a cheapo.

One day soon someone will design and make a tool specifically for toothing out brickwork and they’ll make mega bucks. Imaging being able to effortlessly tooth out a job like that in 10 minutes. I’ve seen the arbotech but that seemingly only works on soft mortar.
