Automation hack: If you have direct deposit from your with, you can often split it between multiple accounts. Mine will either do a specific dollar amount or you can do a percentage of the check. Either way, it doesn't touch your spending account and tempting you.

Thank you for these videos!! I do this every paycheck I get. Question I have tho, the Savings account is for emergencies and then the rest is to be invested. Should there be another Savings account for bigger ticket things that aren’t emergencies that need to be bought? IE: work done to the house, new appliances, a car if needed… where should that money be stashed? Thanks!!

thank you for the priceless info. can you do a video on after you've done the 75/15/10 rule how do you distribute the profits from the investments? like what percent goes back into investments and how much into savings and do i take some for spending? Also does the profits go towards a business and do you do the same rule with that income? I’m stuck at this part and it would really help, thanx.

75 percent live off of. 25 percent left To save and invest Savings is for emergency fund. Once emergency fund is funded then put those monies into investing. Increase earning power Side hustle Control spending and impulse buying Meal plan Take food and drink with you. Host a brunch, lunch or dinner and rotate between friends and family. At home, park or each other's homes.

But is the growth fun? Lol Because I started a little bit in investing 5 years ago, and as I have put more and more in, the markets keep going down further lol. Thankfully we had other stuff going on at the top of the market, so we are about flat rather than waaaay down, so we haven't lost much money... But we have yet to see the growth side of this yet. I just keep telling myself, this is a long term plan. The next 5 years should be a bit better than the last 5. And the next 20 years should be much better than the last 5!

My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.
