I dont exactly have a tutorial as I have never seen any but here is the business model in a nutshell: Basically you choose a service, let's say you choose video editing. Then you reach out to people who would need your service, in this case its content creators. After this you have a meeting with your client and decide how much he will pay you and what not. Then you give him the service. Here you are technically just an editor. But after you get multiple clients, you will hire people to do the job for you and you are done. You are basically the middle man and just take the difference. After you scale your agency, you make websites and other stuff. I know this is late but just putting it here

hey guys, idk if i’ll be any help, but a pretty simple way you can explore niches would be to hop on instagram, google maps, and facebook. if you explore around your state/area and look at different companies’ websites and reviews you can get a feel for specific niches, prospective clients, and a better understanding of businesses around you :) for example, i like to search things like “flower shops”, “hardware stores”, and “landscaping”. filtering by reviews (4+ stars) and what their website looks like, you can usually guess who would be interested in growth and media :)))) from one teen (16) to another, i wish you success!
