We have lots of very similar items. Similar taste and this is my absolute dream wardrobe. I have a midi skirt that I love wearing simple or striped tees or jumpers tucked into! Love your style. Wish I could do the basic black tops and the horizontal stripes. Black is too strong next to my face, as well, the stripes feel over powering on me. Though, I generally try to incorporate some contrast, with shoes, purse, maybe a dark jacket or black pants, or go with a white shirt with faded denim.

Karen Fisher you look through them like the rest of your closet, but they are just all-year products together with all your basics :-) again, try to narrow it down to the things you REALLY like using. I have 3 bags, 3 belts and maybe 6 different scarves. When it comes to Jewelry I have a little collection of Sterling silver and a little collection of gold plated Sterling silver. Then I can go for what I'm in the mood for from day to day. It's up to you how many you need though :-) Thanks for your comment ❤ XX

I love your videos and they have inspired me to use less and also start a capsule wardrobe but...one issue...I hate jeans...I do not know why, maybe because I have never found any I really 'love' but all the capsule wardrobes are very jean heavy...any thoughts or ideas? thank you for this video... i very much enjoyed it. i have a question for you however, i've been shopping second hand for a while , but i used to do it in actual shops not online, so it was mostly coincidental. however, i put up a list of three items every 6 months only for regular shopping, which makes my shopping very targeted , and that's why i tend to buy in regular stores instead of second hand for that kind of shopping. because I generally don't find what i'm looking for in secondhand shops due to them not having the items i'm looking for at the moment or they don't have my size ( i make sure i'm buying quality and at good ethical standards companies as well) .... i tried to go online, it is a jungle like :/ ... i'm not used to shopping what i don't touch also i find it hard to find what i'm looking for, so my question is: do you have tips how to shop secondhand online and do you know of good online secondhand stores who ship to the US ( after a long speach :S sorry for that :P ) ... Imola Szilágyi you are right - I only have the black dress, the striped dress and the leather skirt in my wardrobe right now. When summer comes I have one more dress among my stored clothes that I will add - but I dont wear them very much, as you write it's because I like wearing pants/tops more and I feel like I can create more different looks when my outfits have two parts in them :-) but it is very individual - if you wear a lot of dresses, then of course you should include them! It's like that here in Louisiana (USA), as well. Last week, one day it never got above 50(F). The very next day it was almost 90(F). We can't ever fully put away a wardrobe by seasons.

gigi. gypsy oh that must be quite a challenge to divide, your wardrobe into actual seasons then - I could imagine! Hm, maybe you should make it "seasonless" and then circulate different types of styles more than styles that fit or are defined by the weather. Does that make sense? :-) so maybe this season you have a dress in one style and then next season you swap it with one in another style. In that way you can still have your all year basics but shake things up a bit with the other styles that you swap from season to season. Maybe :-)

I have a question I keep wondering... In a video from last year I think, you mention it's best to wear your clothes about 4 times before washing...and we all have those clothes that have been worn once but not yet ready for the wash. Where do you keep your 'not quite clean but not quite dirty' clothes? I need help! Most people have too many clothes but I have too few. I want to build up to a capsule wardrobe but I'm really struggling to find clothes that I really love. I'm prioritizing second hand and then eco friendly, but the eco friendly I would have to get online which means I can't try them on so I can't know I love them. I don't know what to do! I have no clothes. I'm growing into a new aesthetic and want to increase the quality of my clothes and invest in nice pieces, but I don't find any I like! I actually have no clothes :( I also really like tank tops which don't last long and are hard to find second hand. Even new, it's hard to find cuts I like. There are jeans and tanks I know I like but they're from unsustainable brands. I feel stuck with no clothes and unable to get new ones.

Davida Singleton it was actually on purpose because I really wanted to make a video that everyone could understand, and that you would be able to watch without very much sound on.
