Hi Manoa family, thanks again for all knowledge you share with us. I'm starting in a really small room with not so much space for stock, so I'll definitely use the boxes tip which I'll allow me to keep it safely storaged. Would you be able to talk about setting up a small factory following health and safety standards, what is necessary to start up?

So is your chocolate cellar is at the same temperature and humidity setting as the room where your moulded chocolate is placed to harden?
