Great information. So I bought water tanks that are not flat. Can the fresh water tank be stacked on top of the grey water tank or do I need to return these and order ones that will fit side by side?

@caltrim1 not sure about the answer to that. Water does weigh a lot, I have only used this setup

No at lowes they won't or any hardware store. I found them at metal supermarkets

Two more questions? I have a door on the back on my trailer. The step up and down is quite a big step. What do you recommend for a step. Also, I have my 12v pump mounted my whole trailer is 120v do you run a battery or a converter what’s the options?

How do you connect a garden hose to the Valterra inlet? Is there an adapter ?

You mean to the dump valve at the bottom? Or the fill valve on the trailer side?

What type of hot water on demand did you use in? I see that it's on the inside. Is there a way you have to ventilated outside?

I use Excel Ventfree Heater. I wouldn't know, have never used that style and personally never would.

Definitely. Very hard camera angle, but pretty straightforward just a 90 degree elbow to the dump valve

In your video you use a white one to match your truck then a black one. Where fits the black one go?

You only use 1. Either black or white are the only colors I have seen

My county requires that grey water tank is 15% bigger but that is all. I'll be serving sweet & savory crepes, as well as coffee and tea. What size tanks do you think I should chose? Thanks a bunch!!

@@kaylee8071 I use 20 fresh and 25 waste they are undernourished style from Class A Customs they are a great size. Maybe because of the size of your trailer you can go a bit lower.

No, they just lay in place the legs of the 3 Compartment Sink hold them towards the wall

I googled what was the average size water tanks used for food trucks and it said 30-35 gallon and 45 gallon for waste. Do you find yourself running out of water?

Depends on what you are cooking or serving if you are doing smoothies then you have to be constantly washing the blender
