Omg thank you for making the video with the image of everything still In the box. I bought a Lexington some time ago and I'm in the process of moving rn and I still have the box it came in. But I had no idea how to fit the longer bottom poles in without misshapening the box.

I understood the instructions perfectly but am here to see if you had an answer to my problem. The trays are FUSED together. My husband and I cannot separate them. Any ideas on what we can do?
