will this machine only target upper chest? or can I use to hit middle aswell? I already use incline dumbell press for upper, and I don;t have any normal chest press machine besides this.

From what I’m aware of n I’ve been told was is your sit not too high?? I was told to keep it pretty low….

Your elbows will flare out if you put your seat too low. Your hands should be at least at the level of your nipples.
