Thank you! I would say, for more personal/smaller brands: *focus more on the person itself.* You can also have a LinkedIn page for a business, in which you can still communicate with your tribe. However, communication through your own profile does much better! Hope it helps!

My problem with a lot of people’s content is that they are mostly to show off their own accomplishments n many are simply just showing offs! I have problem liking or commenting positively a photo of a guy sitting in Business Class while bragging about how busy his job is having to meet clients 3000 miles away on Christmas Eve!
