I purchased plans for a Traditional Shaker Dresser from Tom McLaughlin of Epic Woodworking (epicwoodworking.com). Tom has been a full time woodworker for decades and is a great teacher. The plans are full sized drawings and I even purchased the associated videos as well. These are not 10 minute youtube video's. There is well over 10 hours of video where Tom is building the chest step by step with a live virtual audience. It's just like taking a woodworking class only the videos allow you to go back whenever needed.
So yes, I highly recommend the plans and videos if you are interested in building a Shaker Dresser and want some direction to do so.
Obviously I can't give out any measurements as they relate to the plans.

Here are some of the tools I used during the video. Any Amazon links are affiliate links that pay me a small commission that help support the channel.
