I made some of these years ago, get a big heat gun, not a wimpy one and also don't force the 2" in, if it doesn't go in easily then the plastic is not warm enough, also use a spray bottle to help cool and shape the plastic quicker

@@don_wynn worked out really well actually, I'm coming back to these videos from a couple of years ago just to brush up on how to do them. I am going to build them and sell them as there seems to be a pretty high demand in my area and quite a bit of interest when I sold my old ones just this past weekend.

Just curious why the opposite hole are on the same plane? Would it be better if the opposing hole also is staggered by 2 inch?
