My doctor prescribed me to make an evening routine, as part of a "sleep hygiene" regimen. It totally helps me fall asleep, vs. insomnia!! ...Thanks for more ideas from your vid!

doooope thank you so much for this. i love the personalized approach, and rehearsing! how brilliant. we are creatures of habit, of course when you're not tired and worn down from the day is the best time to practice your new ritual. you rock.
