Yes!! I am a nanny and I recently made a checklist for preparing the kids for swim lessons. I don't take the kids to swim lessons, but I'm responsible for getting them ready to go with their parent. So I don't have a kinesthetic/experiential sense of what needs to go in their bags (like I would if I were the one there with them at the pool when we've forgotten a change of underwear, etc.). So I realized I needed a checklist. It's on the fridge, so I can run down and make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

Love checklists! Just yesterday as I am preparing for my new health coaching program to start I felt a little overwhelmed by the things I've been told to do in the orientation and homework… It seemed like the tasks were coming at me from different platforms. So I made a checklist! I might offer it to my fellow students once I develop it a little more and get to know them.
