The bits are called burr bits and mainly used with a die grinder. The ugly welds we always call gorilla welds. Strong and ugly. Have you seen the exhaust manifold from Luke Dale at DieselPumpUK? He just did a KZbin video on it a couple days ago.

From the exhaust and intake manifolds to their turbo flange they're doing some next level stuff for sure. And that's not to minimize what was done here at all because I thought it was definitely a bang up job!

Zugegeben wars auch nicht so leicht wie es rüber kommt. Das Zuschneiden und Herausarbeiten der richtigen Bogenlängen zwischen Flansch und Kollektor ist schon Zeitaufwendig und Nervenaufreibend. Da war mir auch nicht unbedingt nach Filmen, daher sieht man das Elend nicht ;)
