We've built new decks where we lay and tack a screen/mesh between the joists and composite decking to prevent constant maintenance. Unfortunately, this method is really only capable with new builds.

Hi Alecia- We heard back from our installer, and here are his answers. They are JBL brand speakers, and you can use a receiver, but there are Bluetooth ones available as well. He believes the white boxes you see are fan mounts. Thanks!
