Tao I’ve always worked out at the gym lifting weights and I’ve always doubted the results you could get from working out with just body weight. Watching your channel changed my opinion I got my rings 5 weeks ago I can’t stop now 😭. I’m getting stronger and already seeing results. Thank you for the videos and the knowledge. Appreciate you bro.

Bruh, got my rings a Month ago. Bruh, my strength and physique dramatically changed. I'm stronger from my whole body. Plus I swear I can add more cheat meals throughout the week and still I'm loosing my love handles and the last layer of stomach fat. Im tracking my nutrition doe. But I can sprinkle cheat meals through here and there and I'm still loosing BODY FAT. My cardio has gone down aswell. I hardly do it. I used to go 30mins straight jumprope. To zero mins straight. Lol I ain't bulking up so fast cuz rings bruh, swear they take up alot of energy. And the recovery for a newbie. On God takes you up to 3 days to bounce back after a 2 hr sesh. My whole body feels destroyed in a good way tho. And when it heals. Bruhhhhh, Gohan looking ass Gains. Wooooooo. If you haven't got rings , bruh go get sum. 30bux online wooden ones. And remember SQUEEZE THE FUCKING MUSCLE AND TAKE YOUR FUCKING TIME GETTING THE BASICS RIGHT. First 2weeks are the worst. Month after you'll be on your way.

What would u recommend for a basic work out with them like pull ups n Dips half hour on each
@zoest9343
@zoest9343 4 жыл бұрын
@@proper127 it all depends how advanced you are at those exercises. I suggest learn the natural grip if you've never used them. Dats the foundation of using rings. Without dat, u gonna injure yourself. Keep elbows locked out for 5 x 5 , 15 sec reps. For the first week. After dat, learn negative dips. The next and then 3rd week do straight body dips. It's still gonna take time if you've never used rings. They are gonna constantly shake. Master the technique of keeping them straight. Its gonna be hard. It ain't easy. But its worth it to be patient. Your working with body weight, suspended in the air. Ur whole brain tripping balls trying to find balance. All ur stabilizer muscles get activated from head to toe. It's a different game u playing. So learn the BASICS I cannot stress it enough, before you hurt yourself nasty.
@proper127

@zoest9343
@zoest9343 4 жыл бұрын
@@proper127 yee mang, I'm barely at it 2 months. The recoup is nasty doe when done right. You dont only tear the muscle but also micro fibers , forgot the scientific name but you dont only tear the muscle, but the micro fibers insinde the already torn muscles. Easiest way to describe it. So take your time with it. I had to look up " why are gymnastic rings so hard to do " Lol on google cuz I've never been dat drained and sore the next day. I thought it was like weights. You know u hit it , your sore. But u can hit it again n work through it the next day. No. I tried hopping back on. Bruh I was in the weakest state I ever felt in my life. I was like wtf I was doing good yesterday? Why the fuck cant I even get on them today? Dats when I researched. Body weight is different. Its constant tension on your body. It's your whole fucking weight. No cheating , you cant half ass shit. It's a full rep or nothing. Dats when I understood, body weight is Different then weights. It should be treated differently. And took me a while to understand dat I am not working with weights. And should not expect the same results ( gains, recoup, etc. ). Now doe I am whole lot stronger then before. Understand ( ME ) a whole lot better. And still I am learning. But taking my time. Understand those basics in your journey and you'll see results. Dont give up.
