So thank you for inspiring me to learn more and get gains while having a blast doing it. There are 2 types of people: Ones that like to go slow and steady, and ones that like being spontaneous and exciting. Lifting weights is generally for the slow and steady folks, since it's easy for them to plan it out and see their progress. Calisthenics is for us spontaneous peeps since we need some element of excitement in our activities.

Amen, I lifted in a gym for 9 years before discovering the rings (I mean actually buying a pair and using em, thank you corona virus) and they changed my life. The workout is definetly more engaging and the strength building is guaranteed, it's impossible to half ass a ring workout the way you can half ass it in the gym if you're feeling "tired"! Also I love training outdoors on a nice sunny day, especially in the woods or on the beach! You can't do that shit in the stinky gyms full of ego lifters screaming their asses off during each rep lol, and also im Bulgarian, it's like my nature called me to do rings! Great video my guy!

Just got my wood rings few weeks ago from Rep Fitness, and man they're the BEST equipment that I ever bought for bodyweight training in the next level! My most favorites would be using them for push ups and especially dips. The instability when doing them is amazing as it really does force you to work much harder in balancing yourself to be still when doing proper reps. I feel way more contraction work on my chest for push ups and dips and I love how I am able to move my wrist freely to contract them hard. 10/10 anyone who's into bodyweight training or wanting to do something new to level up their calisthenics skills, gymnastic rings (mainly good quality wood material) are worth to get!

the sheer muscle control and active muscle contraction to achieve the stability necessary to move on the rings will improve your results immensely. When you use rings your whole body contracts to stabilize your movements, so not only the muscles you're actively working get benefits. PS Arnie dropping "cum" knowledge like there's no tomorrow it's actually hilarious. Hope you don't get demonetized for that ahahaha

I ordered my rings about a month ago after finding your channel and they're the best investment I've made since getting a gym membership 🔥 On the topic on rings being bad for leg training, one use I found for them is bulgarian split squats, they feel much much better than using a bench and they're really good to help you balance on one leg. If you want to target the glutes you can lean forward into a sprinter position.

@@victorhernandez1857 ooh good to see you utilizing the rings to fit your training. But just from one workout lover to another, I'd really recommend you find other quad exercises cause sissy squats put your knees in a really dangerous spot. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYWxiZiuf52Kgrc Obviously, don't listen to me if you think otherwise, but I'm hoping that this would caution you if you feel any pain at all.

Gyms closed here, and i already bought rings, nobody said to me to buy it, i just bought it because its simple than setting a pull up bar. I just started recently, and found its pretty much harder than working with bars. My whole body is shaking crazy and i managed to stabilize myself after some couple of static holds. Pull ups are not a problem but dips are hard. Even though it cannot completely replace free weights , its fun and i'm lovin it. Combining it with weight training is much reliable.

Bro first of all love the vids, started training with rings recently after seeing some vids of yours praising them, and I LOVE it too! 2nd of all what is this amazing style of chilled out sexy like music in every video of yours? do you have any sort of a playlist? or what do I type in the search bar when trying to find something of this sort? Big love.

I've bought my rings a month ago It's crazily hard I've only trained with it for 3x, and I still feel so sore the day after training. And I only do basic movement. I can train with bars for many reps and sets. But with rings, I only last few reps per set
