I also love your approach and that it‘s not success driven. Finding and loving yourself and then building a life and environment where your true self can live and breath, is the foundation to everything. Beside all the things you mentioned in the video, I myself, added being thankful on a daily basis, for simple but essential things. Like a deep breath or a cup of tea. A moment of peace.
