Good lord this is a great video. I want to be mad because you're putting more fuel on the fire for mono red degenerates, but this is so good. Highlighting flexibility, room for personal expression, and budget options that are still powerful. Outstanding work. I'm still mad at you though. Do UW Control next.

New to the game. I like aggro decks in other TCGs. Is this deck list for standard? I've looked into commander but I think it be better to get into standard and learn the game before branching out.

Exactly, and a strong agree from me. If you want to play digital (free-to-play), Standard is the place to get in to. Commander is a casual over-the-table format that you'll find most people playing in person. Additionally, since Commander is multiplayer, you'll find that it's a lot harder to get aggro to work than in Standard 1v1 Magic.

Is this only Standard or works for other formats?

This guide is for Standard; any other format is going to have completely different bast cards for the deck. Pioneer, for example has cards like Eidolon of the Great Revel, Soul-Scar Mage and Light Up the Stage, even though they do still use some standard cards like Kumano Faces Kakkazan and Monastery Swiftspear.
