I think your channel is the best for any weight training advice but the problem I have is that there’s soo much information that I have no idea how to make an actual plan out of it, or what exercises are most important. There’s actually too much information.
@Simo3552 жыл бұрын
@@mr_tomahawk he wants you to purchase his program ! That’s why he confuses the shit out of us ! Lol I’ve been watching his videos for 8 years (there about) and I have worked out what works for me. It’s a constant trial and error, there is no one perfect workout for every body type level etc. start with your goal number 1 then train to a pyramid to get there. For instance I am weaker in upper back so I’m developing shoulders and upper back for support.

Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

Hi Jeff. I’m starting week 2 of your size xv 10 training program. I must say I’m craving junk food all the time. I feel your nutrition program is essentially a diet because there’s no incorporation of enjoyable desserts to cater for people with a sweet tooth. Please can you do a video of healthy guilt-free desserts that people on your athlean-x programs could eat every day to stop cravings for cakes and chocolates?
