Start from tomorrow, I am going to write my plan after waking up. I will stick this plan to do. I think that writing this plan everdays helps me be more discipline. Besides, I also going to create a page about Liverpool - my favorite football club. I will find and post the news about Liverpool. I hope I could keep it up for a long time. Thanks you for your podcasts.

I also think so that having discipline is really blessing. We should be discipline in our life if we want a better career.I was not disciplined before that's why i felt more stress about thinking my future. But now i try to be disciplined and i see lots of changes of me.i did not use to read properly. But after being frustrated, i make routine and study everyday. And it’s really helpful.

I'm learning English and I'm trying to set a disciplined life, because I need to upgrade my English skills, I've improved since that I started though. However, I want to boost my vocabulary and listening, and I won't give up until speak fluently.

Even though when I studied too hard, I didn't feel completely satisfied, so I did much and much more and I feel overwhelmed, but today I don't think that way, I understand now that we have to take breaks 😊.

This content is so interesting. The most key of discipline is balancing progress and self-care and allow us to take rest. In my view, the more you stick to discipline, the more successful goal you achieve.

yes I always thinks that I'm very disciplined person because everyday I got into the timetable and I feel that I'm very productive everyday..but it end up with nothing actually because I push myself everyday to be a perfect person because of high expectation from other to me ..and make me thinks that I need to study everytime..it makes me burnout and feel very exhausted and not motivated at all.. especially when get the exam mark..I always get envy with those who can score in their exam even though they don'ts take serious in study..maybe I'm wrong..maybe they have a wright discipline and have a ideal study method that very effective.. pray for me

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you're working really hard, and it’s completely understandable to feel exhausted and unmotivated when expectations are high. Burnout can happen when we push ourselves too much, especially if we’re striving for perfection. It’s important to take breaks and find balance, so you don’t drain yourself. It’s also easy to feel envy, but remember, everyone has their own methods and struggles, even if they don’t show it. Maybe trying different study techniques could help you find what works best for you. You’re not wrong-sometimes it’s about finding the right balance and discipline that works for *you*, not just meeting others' expectations. I’m sending good vibes your way, and I’m sure you’ll find your own path to success. Take care of yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself. You’ve got this! 💪🙏

t's a nice topic to discuss, I like it. I want to say it's important to talk about discipline, especially in this generation, when social media and many other things lead us to lose discipline. Thanks, LEP .. 🌼🤍
