Ive always built whether its a raised platform or concrete. This time I was short on time to build so I found a pre-built repo shed and had it hauled in. Was around $800 more than building and had slightly smaller floor joists than I would have wanted but it was an amazing option. Never will I buy a pre-built at full price though lol
