I work with elderly individuals and I love doing banded hip walking with them. Great hip strengthener and adds a balance element they need too

had a knee injury two years ago and it compelty ruined my hips. my deadlift and squat has suffered allot because of it. these are definitely going to help me improve my strength.

My squat always sucked cos i always had terrible buttwink and overall discomfort with the whole movement. I started doing your mobility exercises and after couple months, my butwink is gone and my squat depth is so much better

Good stuff! One problem I have is that my right hip seem to be knotted in the hip flexor area when I do the split squat almost like the hip is not sitting properly in the acetabulum….

That’s not a split squat it’s a lunge. Two very different exercises. One goes up and down and the other one is more of an elevator motion with the real leg completely straight.

Did this for weeks, and got shot and the bullet went straight through my hips. Doesn’t work as ADVERTISED!!! 😡
