I like the goblet squats. I've been doing front squats but I have a collar bone that is permanently out of position and makes them difficult. He goblet squats solved that

I have good, big strong arms and legs with barely any pinchable fat on them, but I'm still 31% body fat. Mynstupid belly never goes away. Even at the end of a seven year drug binge, when I weighed under 100 pounds, I still had a belly. Now I'm 215 and super active. There's no way I'm eating more calories than I'm using. I've completely changed my diet around. I lift heavy six days a week. I run, bike, and swim regularly. I walk multiple miles daily. I train martial arts a couple times a week. I get super vigorous with the wife two or three times a week. I put on muscle and buikd strength no problem. It just seems my body likes having a belly. I'll shut up now ans watch the rest of the video.

Thank you for all the great ideas! I "only" need to lose 10 lbs or so but it seems immovable unless I water fast!! And it needs to be sustainable.

In the 90's I was a postman(UK), got a pedometer and was clocking in 20 / 40 thousand steps a day! Plus hitting the gym and kickboxing. So activity/ consistency is key . ATB

I can realistically only get about 5 hours of sleep maybe 6:00 if I'm going to have time to do anything else during the day I hear about the food though like I got hamburger I need to cook up in the fridge or that's going to take me 20 minutes cuz I got to get the hamburger and put everything else in there so I can have the good dinner I got a grill with chicken but that's why I don't keep chips and dip in the house

When I was living in Boston Harvard did a study of God knows how much it cost the taxpayers money to find out what to lose weight they finally concluded move more eat less but that cost is millions of dollars to figure out something that's obvious
