Guru mann sir, I'm following a carb cycle of 3 days high, 4 days low in a week. I followed your program MUSCULAR-8 for workouts but changed my deit plans according to my daily needs. @@deepthajathan9788 According to my personal experience. If you do only intermediate fasting you will loose but very slowly. It works better when you are in calories deficit. Exp:- My maintenance calories is 1800. I am eating 1000 calories. Plus I am eating after 21 hrs, so I have 3hrs window to eat. This will be little confusing but I try to eat food which is low in glycemic index. Dr berg has several videos on this topic.

isolate only it is possible, you need the right amount of food and a legit protein shake mix, gold standard and musclepharm has the best ones with alot of glutamine and bcaa’s
