Finally... A person who atleast read something.. Guruji's information on this topic is wrong... That being said.., fasted cardio is not BAD for our health. There are researches that states that it may decrease performance.. and people who does fasted cardio also tend to eat more calories overall.... But even that is very small and not significant... However.., fasted cardio doesn't provide any additional benefits compared to fed state cardio.. there is no proof yet.. your caloric deficit matters more... Not nutrient timing.. Please read this research paper for more insights

Gurumann sir, there is a small flaw here. Carnitine is not absorbed by the body in fasted state. Without an insuline spike, Carnitine is useless. I hope you notice this. Big fan.
