If you don't have the total price for the Hellcat on your bank account, then don't buy the Hellcat, or any other car for that manner. Borrowing money to buy something they actually can't really afford gets people into trouble. Personally, I would only borrow money to buy a house, because it's the only way. I would not feel comfortable bregging with something that isn't really mine.

Dumping all your funds on a car is a pretty bad financial decision in of itself. Granted you own the vehicle but now you're in a position where you have to make that money back. And if you sell the car you're not gonna make anywhere the amount of money you bought it for due to depreciation. Theres an advantage and disadvantage to everything so please spare me that tired "cash is king" nonsense.

To buy it outright from the beginning 74,000.00 the payments are between 1,200.00 to 1,400.00 a month then on top of that the price of the tags is based on sale price ..... 1000.00 a year here in Ca. but if you buy it at the end of lease the sale price will only be 45,000.00 making your tags here in Ca about 500.00 a year ...... thats year in and year out

just depends on rate and term. typically payment estimators put it on a 60month term and on a more expensive vehicle its not common to go out 84 months. some banks even allow 96 so 2.99% 84 months with 5k down on a 70k hellcat would be about 760 a month or so.

If you are taking a 96 month term, you need to not be buying a car. You need to be getting your finances straight 1st. Also 9 times out of 10 you can get better financing through your bank rather than through a dealership. Add lastly, those are $60000 cars American. Where I live in Southern California most dealerships have that massive markup $20000 or more, where I live they don't Do a mark up whatsoever.

Each province is different from what I read on that rule. Are u getting many calls on Hellcat's from Western Canada. You should do a video on the red tape involved in selling cars from Eastern Canada to Western Canada. Taxes transporting the car etc. I have to do more research but if there is a easy way to do it and a dealer can help out with the research I bet the Western Canadians would come in droves. I see Alberta dealers still asking over ADM on 2017 cars and Eastern Dealers under MSRP on the same cars. I have no problem sending my money east on the right deal. Thanks

If you can't pay cash for a vehicle you can't afford it period, but I understand the majority of vehicles are financed with a credit rating dictating how much interest and, how much your monthly payment will be, but when you think about it $600 and above for 72 or 82 Months to afford most cars is ridiculous, especially 60k to 100k dollar vehicles I would rather have that in a bank account earning interest. Leasing a car is a waste of money, if you go over the recommended mileage in a year you get fined you never own the vehicle just keep trading in every year for the newest model, It's like setting your money on fire, but, What ever makes a person happy. Everyone thinking on material things and Money is differently, but me no think you cash only over and done with.

Bottom line, when your talking about a car like that, there’s no point of thinking about buying it as an appreciating asset. That’s just stupid. I want a hellcat Durango. It’s my dream car. But I’m not gonna lease a car and pay more than it’s worth. That’s even more dumb. And for all the people that are calling it a dumb purchase since it depreciates, here’s a tip. If your willing to take the risk as an entrepreneur, you can put your car for rent on pages like toro and easily make back that money. There is risk to it obviously, but it’s better than complaining about how much you can only get back for what it’s worth. I mean seriously. Especially in the US these cars are being scratched and ached for. There being stolen left and right and honestly it’s not a good idea to finance one either. Here’s my financial suggestion, if you can’t buy a hellcat upfront and afford to buy 2-4 more hellcats after that one, you probably shouldn’t buy a hellcat. May sound silly but I think I make sense.

WTF is he talking about? What 485$ bi-weekly? Damn Scat Pack in Ontario would cost you at least 650$ bi-weekly,Hellcat would cost you 2 000-2500 $ a month for 4 years. This is all without mentioning insurance which is ass high in Ontario compared with any other province in Canada and ass high gas price. Now tell me ,what person can afford to have a car for 3000-3500$ a month? And this is leasing only, financing would cost you even higher.
