They are on there for protection only from the factory to the dealer. I painted mine black to match the fascia. The Hellcat sits very low in the front and parking can be a problem at the curb.

If you don't have the total price for the Hellcat on your bank account, then don't buy the Hellcat, or any other car for that manner. Borrowing money to buy something they actually can't really afford gets people into trouble. Personally, I would only borrow money to buy a house, because it's the only way. I would not feel comfortable bregging with something that isn't really mine.

Dumping all your funds on a car is a pretty bad financial decision in of itself. Granted you own the vehicle but now you're in a position where you have to make that money back. And if you sell the car you're not gonna make anywhere the amount of money you bought it for due to depreciation. Theres an advantage and disadvantage to everything so please spare me that tired "cash is king" nonsense.

The main thing ppl forget or DONT don't read the fine print is that this rate all depends on your credit. Unless your loaded the average American has poor to midrange credit. Those interest rates will have you paying close to 90k. Fuck it you only live once DO IT.

Sometimes its the fact that these people have seen this car their entire life, and wanted it so badly and could never have it. Some people, me included, care more about their car than they do their house because they dont have a family, and are so passionate about it. I wouldnt do this, dont get me wrong, but its the passion. I would rather live in a $500 a month apartment and drive a $1000 a month car than vise versa.

I have a house, divorced, grown kid and drive a 96 Camry, and just thought about the idea of selling it (the house) to buy one of these bad-butt cars, for a weekend ride. Sounds fun, but I bet after a couple months I'd regret it - depending on how much tail I'd get with it, of course!

@@pentiuman if anything go for a charger srt 392, almost 500 horsepower, basically a hellcat without the supercharger. And about 20k cheaper, or get a scat pack and get probobly 30k cheaper but miss out on a few creature comforts, same 392 hemi engine but i believe the enterior is not as nice not as good brakes and theres no srt badge and a few other things. Might not be the whole 707 hp but its still like 485 or something like that.

@zipzap4706
@zipzap4706 6 жыл бұрын

I leased my Charger Hellcat 2018 74,000.00 car for 2999.00 down and 599.00 a month for 36 months with a residual of 45,000.00 at the end of the lease ..... so to buy it at the end of the lease I will only have to finance 45,000.00 with my payment staying at about 500.00 a month. To buy it outright from the beginning 74,000.00 the payments are between 1,200.00 to 1,400.00 a month then on top of that the price of the tags is based on sale price ..... 1000.00 a year here in Ca. but if you buy it at the end of lease the sale price will only be 45,000.00 making your tags here in Ca about 500.00 a year ...... thats year in and year out

Good video. Question on a Jeep since your a salesman, on a 2019 loaded Jeep Rubicon JL 4dr $58,000 US what is the average residual payoff to pay the vehicle after leasing it for 48 months. Another question, you mentioned in your video 96 months financing , I’m in the US and that 96 month term available in the US ? Would it be from a third party financing company?

just depends on rate and term. typically payment estimators put it on a 60month term and on a more expensive vehicle its not common to go out 84 months. some banks even allow 96 so 2.99% 84 months with 5k down on a 70k hellcat would be about 760 a month or so.

If you are taking a 96 month term, you need to not be buying a car. You need to be getting your finances straight 1st. Also 9 times out of 10 you can get better financing through your bank rather than through a dealership. Add lastly, those are $60000 cars American. Where I live in Southern California most dealerships have that massive markup $20000 or more, where I live they don't Do a mark up whatsoever.

I'm seeing Hellcat's 5 to 10k cheaper in eastern Canada compared to Western Canada.Why is that do you think? I'm from Alberta if I buy a eastern Canada car do I have to pay HST. Each province is different from what I read on that rule. Are u getting many calls on Hellcat's from Western Canada.You should do a video on the red tape involved in selling cars from Eastern Canada to Western Canada. Taxes transporting the car etc. I have to do more research but if there is a easy way to do it and a dealer can help out with the research I bet the Western Canadians would come in droves. I see Alberta dealers still asking over ADM on 2017 cars and Eastern Dealers under MSRP on the same cars. I have no problem sending my money east on the right deal. Thanks

If you can't pay cash for a vehicle you can't afford it period, but I understand the majority of vehicles are financed with a credit rating dictating how much interest and, how much your monthly payment will be, but when you think about it $600 and above for 72 or 82 Months to afford most cars is ridiculous, especially 60k to 100k dollar vehicles I would rather have that in a bank account earning interest. Leasing a car is a waste of money, if you go over the recommended mileage in a year you get fined you never own the vehicle just keep trading in every year for the newest model, It's like setting your money on fire, but, What ever makes a person happy. Everyone thinking on material things and Money is differently, but me no think you cash only over and done with.

Bottom line, when your talking about a car like that, there’s no point of thinking about buying it as an appreciating asset. That’s just stupid. I want a hellcat Durango. It’s my dream car. But I’m not gonna lease a car and pay more than it’s worth. That’s even more dumb. And for all the people that are calling it a dumb purchase since it depreciates, here’s a tip. If your willing to take the risk as an entrepreneur, you can put your car for rent on pages like toro and easily make back that money. There is risk to it obviously, but it’s better than complaining about how much you can only get back for what it’s worth. I mean seriously. Especially in the US these cars are being scratched and ached for. There being stolen left and right and honestly it’s not a good idea to finance one either. Here’s my financial suggestion, if you can’t buy a hellcat upfront and afford to buy 2-4 more hellcats after that one, you probably shouldn’t buy a hellcat. May sound silly but I think I make sense.

What are the miles on the sxt and the condition. Also if you could save up to 7k down you go in there and tell them you've got 3k down. Then say ehh I can do 500 more if you get the payment to this and you keep working your way up.

I guess it is a matter of prospective. My new dually with 4.10 gears gets 12 MPG no matter what I do so when I get in the Hellcat and AVG 18 plus I am ecstatic. it will show 25 when cruising on the highway but I have never taken it on a drive longer than 45 minutes so I don't know what would happen. I use the Dually for long drives dragging my 17000 Lb camper so I doubt I will ever know. The car weighs 4600 Lbs and has 707 HP. 20 years ago the same car would have gotten 10 Mpg

If you take a 96 month deal you dont need this car lol.. most places in the US do 48-60 month deals and your payments are 900-1500 bucks most likely over a 1k In most cases..

WTF is he talking about?What 485$ bi-weekly? Damn Scat Pack in Ontario would cost you at least 650$ bi-weekly,Hellcat would cost you 2 000-2500 $ a month for 4 years.This is all without mentioning insurance which is ass high in Ontario compared with any other province in Canada and ass high gas price. Now tell me ,what person can afford to have a car for 3000-3500$ a month?And this is leasing only,financing would cost you even higher.
