There are two types of BMV properties: those that can make you money, and those that have been ignored because they are money-draining duds. This second kind are the BMV properties that you should never buy, of course, but it’s easy to get drawn into buying something cheap which will in fact cost you far more of your time, money and effort than it is worth.

@@johntbaxter maybe I should elaborate. If the offer is higher than my asking price then 'yes of course I would accept. Bit if it's an odd figure below asking price. Then clearly.its a BS figure made up to make me think your offer is the best I will get. Therefore, wouldn't accept until I got to asking price.

What I'm hearing is 1. Kiss estate agents ass or 2. cut the agent out and go direct to vendor. Agents often demanding fee's greater than legals & surveyors, for what!!?? If that's not enough then how about inflating the sellers valuation to get a greater commission.
