on the samsung after doing the mute 119 enter, it is asking for an 8 number passcode. can you help with that?

Alright ppl, for the ones who stay at Marriots with black cage on the wall, here's how you disable it. Step 1, pull the TV out from the wall so u can see the box inside the cage. Step 2, take the ethernet cord out of the wall Step 3, take the HDMI out the tv along with the one next to it. Step 4, unplug the TV cord from the back of the TV and plug it back in to make it restart Step 5, plug your device up and enjoy! It may take a second for the TV to respond to the remote. I figured it out today and I'm so excited to share!

useful unless the hotels now block settings access even with a universal remote... think the real problem is the hotels need to learn to let their paying customers have the option to use their own media devices if they so wish. It's just stupid & greedy that they want to control your viewing experience.
