This is for a type s and irrelevant but here ya go My experience so far with metra harness 70-1725 (w/ rca) & metra harness 70-1721 (just wires) with HU Atoto F7 WE 70-1721: had this harness and matched every wire corresponding, only left was the blue and blue/white but only have blue wire from the metra harness and wanted some bass ofc, looked some forums and later read the HU blue/white to something with 12v have it on yellow atm twisted together to the blue/white and it works fine ,turns off/on when I turn the car off/on, only problem I believe the car dies over night to couple of days, with the other 12v wire which is red accessory/ignition wire, worked too! Only problem was that the radio always stayed on even after turning the car off (key off/engine off) so I stayed with the yellow wire but obviously dies (all this from my old type s) (New one type s) just corresponded the same wires and just touched the blue/white wire to blue and blue/white to the harness and all it made a loud loud noise like a train horn so I left it as is, no blue is connected or blue/white wire is connected to anything, just music w no bass atm which I’m fine with atm as well. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong on something or fix my grammar if something doesn’t make sense 70-1725: got this harness ,the blue/white matching the from the HU to metra harness, inserting the rca to the HU (they rca inputs for the rca cables from the metra harness) less wires and was easy to work with and everything worked even had bass only problem was the volume from the speakers was so low at volume 50 max, I can barely hear music , everything had to be quiet outside to be able to hear the music, works like it does but not sure if I’m done something wrong Thanks to anyone who took their time to read this and respond to my comment :)

70-1725 is the correct harness with blue/white to blue white. The Atoto radios often have low RCA output voltage which will require you to max the volume out to get loud. But it also sounds like you just damaged your factory amp so it doesn't work properly anymore.
