Today I replaced my driver door window motor assembly and found the speaker was completely trashed. Will these speakers sound good if I’m using an after market radio with the stock amp?

Thanks for the Video. Just installed an Android head unit on my 2008 MDX. The only tricky part I found is to remove the vent cover. I found it easier if you do it from below instead of prying, i.e. remove the radio first, and you'll be able to reach those nasty clips from below, and you can pull out the vent from there

I have installed what looks like an identical unit. It is actually very impressive for the price with some bugs here and there but not bad however i am unsure about the SQ . Sometimes it sounds as good as the oem ELS unit sometimes sounds tinny as heck. Love to see if you can tweak it . Lots of settings in them all the speakers seem to work but it the rear and sub are way too quiet in mine.

Could I just hook a LOC up to the rear sub and take the RCAs to my aftermarket amplifier? I want to keep factory sub and add aftermarket amp and sub box

I put one on my 2013 Nissan Roque just yesterday. There aren't many reviews out there because this radio is new, so I also did my own review. Good shit man.

We understand there are faster ways to take the factory subwoofer off but they usually require advanced skills and experience. For example you dont have to remove the seat or the side bolsters to remove the rear deck but then it makes the removal of the rear deck harder and you need to have some experience with removing trim to not damage or break anything. Another example is you can pull the rear deck off as one piece but a first time DIYer can easily damage the break light housing pulling it out as one piece because you can barely even see it. Our channel and content is for DIYers so our goal is to show how to do something the proper way that is simple to follow and minimizes the amount of skill or experience needed.

The rear shelf can come out as one piece, although a bit harder to place back in that way.

FOR ANYONE WONDERING HOW TO REMOVE THE SUBWOOFER PANEL: (I almost learned the hard way) the "removable panel" covering up the subwoofer box isn't held on by clips, it's screwed on from the backside with 6 Phillips screws. You need to remove the ENTIRE side panel to access the subwoofer, this is the one that goes all the way to the rear seats.. so yes, gotta fold the seats down, remove the false floor in the trunk and all that fun stuff. It's a stupid design because of how deceiving it looks, and it's extremely hard to find proper material online so I'm hoping yall haven't ripped it off and that this helped.

So I have a 2nd gen cl and after market touchscreen, I’m getting that alternator whine and tried everything so at this point I’m thinking it has something to do with the aftermarket radio not mixing with the stock 2ohm speakers. So can I bypass the amp and upgrade the speakers with 4ohm ones. It’s a boss be7acp head unit. Thanks for any help!
