I hit VPN blocks all the time. However, the more a provider such as Nord gets shoved in my face, the less I would use them. Nord claims they don't keep logs or track you but they actually do. And there's no guarantee their VPN won't be blocked either. So you've paid a lot of money for nothing in that case. Some of these paid for VPN's don't really want to you sign up for a month because then you'll find out they don't really work. I suggest spending the least time and money on one first before you give them big dollars for something that doesn't work.

Hi, thanks for your comment. :) NordVPN has actually implemented RAM-only servers, which by nature wipe themselves after every restart and cannot log data. You're right about the blocking though, often IP addresses get blacklisted by services, and it's no different with a VPN IP. Whilst this can happen even with top VPNs. Nord adds new IPs quite regularly and has a huge choice in the first place, this can really make a difference when trying to bypass restrictions. It's always a great idea to test a service out using a free trial where possible, that way you can avoid disappointment. Which VPN are you currently using?

Nord VPN does not allow the access to an obfuscated server if you prefer to configure the vpn through your router. Only using the app, which that does not work for me. I learned this the hard way. Do not get Nord, unless the devices you’ll be using allow the installation of the app.

Im in telework and i want to move to Thaïland during the winter and work from there but, i'm not allowed to do that. Hey, Varun. Have you tried switching between the connection protocols? I think you should be able to access the internet with NordVPN while in Russia using either TCP or UDP connection protocols. Changing the server you are connected to tends to help with this issue as well. If that still does not help, I would advise contacting NordVPN customer support and I'm sure they'll resolve your issue very quickly!

That's indeed possible since there can be multiple people using the same VPN IP address, therefore when Google gets multiple requests from the same IP address it thinks that something's not right and asks you to confirm that you're not a robot. Connecting to another VPN server usually helps with this issue. 😊
