Great Video, but do you know how do I change the span gas concentration with a Hart communicator (Emerson 475) ?

You can not access any parameter without MSA Calibrator. In order to change parameter by using MSA Calibrator, press send and then span, and then press + button at once. Then enter your span number, point calibrator towards transmitter and press enter button.
