How to Calibration needle VW cluster

Когда-то делал такую же калибровку своей приборной панели на В6. Единственное замечание - все-таки лучше стрелки разбирать и ставить в перчатках так как на шкалах легко остаются отпечатки пальцев которые иногда не легко удалить. Спасибо за видео, проностальгировал)

how do you do it on a a3 8l / mk4 golf? VCDS lite doesn't have the Selective output test function...

Same thing needs to be done for my Ford Fiesta. Purchased a second hand cluster from eBay however I've noticed dislocation of pointers which might have dislocated in transit. Plz help how to re-calibrate to its original position. 😢

Thank you so much for this video. I want to know if possible to do the same calibration while the cluster is plugged into the car instead of the obd2 you made. Pulling out the cover and plugging back the cluster into the car without cover and calibrating it . I have vcds . Sorry for long comment and thanks.

Hey Stefan, I have a 2012 MK6 Jetta that my daughter did some fuse replacements too. After she changed the. She no longer has a Speedometer or Tachometer output. Everything else on the cluster works only the two big needles do not, iced used VCDS to output test those two and they won't move. Anything I can look at to get this working? I've posted on forums and have gotten no replys. I'm dead in the water here. Thanks in advance.

Did you try disconect battery,if this not help you can replace just thos 2 motor for needel.

@@ultrawebteam I did try that with no luck. Left positive and negative touching together for over 5 minutes. Do you know what motors are required?

Hi ,my polo 6 gti was setup like that too ,but my fuel gauge needle jus stopped working it's not even showing fuel range,I checked the fuel pump it's good,fuel pump module is good,wiring fuse all good,please tell me what could be the problem

@@ultrawebteam I dont have vcds ,but I tried opening the cluster and manual pushed the needle clockwise ,after that I did that i turned on the ignition (nothing happened) but wen I pulled out the key from ignition the needle moved back to empty

I've got an issue, my RPM needle sits at 3 when the car is off. When car starts needle moves as normal from 3, so 3.5k etc when idle and 4-5k when driving etc. When engine is switched off it sits back at 3. Would taking off needle manually and putting it back fix this? ty sir :) (VW SCIROCCO)
