How to Cancel Subscriptions on Amazon Prime | Cancel Amazon Channels or Memberships

In today's quick tutorial, I show you How to Cancel Subscriptions on Amazon Prime as well as cancel Amazon channels or memberships. To cancel a subscription you have on Amazon, you need to access your Amazon account through a desktop PC. You cannot cancel memberships or subscriptions through the mobile Amazon app.
Once logged into the account on Amazon you wish to manage your subscriptions or memberships for, simply follow my instructions and you will quickly cancel your membership. You can always restart your membership or subscription as well quickly and easily in the same area as canceling.

In uk, just tried to cancel Paramount plus and they have removed all possible ways to cancel. This is so weird. Found other people with exact same problem, i know it's through my amazon account so looks like i have to remove my debit card from amazon and hope that works. How criminal, especially given how big Paramount name is.

They will use thr next card you have on file. I had it linked to my old card and unfortunately it charges it on my new card now. So if you do, just don't put your new card on your Amazon account.

I hate this. It’s so hard to cancel and it makes it impossible to do. Each time I click on the app name it says “not found” conveniently. It’s not found but they’re charging me and attempting to recharge me which I’ve locked my card so they can’t.

Refund wasn't a choice in the drop down menu on 1/23/04. Maybe because I had just signed up signed up about 10 days ago. I chose turn off automatic renewal. Thanks for these much needed tutorials.

They try to keep you from canceling by saying pause your auto renewal and they don't give you any other choice now you have to pause the auto renewal then you have to go around the corner and come back in and shut off auto renewal permanently. This applies to free trials like Showtime free trial

I think i figured out a way to cancel if its not giving you an option. Just click "turn off auto renewal" and that should cancel the subscription as well. Hope this helps.

I thought you were going to go thru how to cancel a recurring order. Those aren't showing up on my memberships & subscriptions section, and when I finally figure out how to get to them, there is no way to cancel. Making me mad! I'm going to just return the items I get, and let them deal with the loss. I think they're making it difficult so that you're stuck with it, like it or not. Used to love Amazon, but I've come to hate it.

I think they revised things with a recent update. 😔 I would remove the card on file if possible from your account so they can't charge you anymore. Or call your card and have them put a stop payment and any future payments.

Only real way to cancel is to contact customer service and ask them how to join the federal lawsuit for their fraudulent cancelation policies. Tell them you've never used the service and want a complete refund for the entire time you were wrongfully charged. You'll have your refund in 3-5 business days. ..... You're welcome
