This is glorious, been searching for "lean ripped muscle man" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Dondeline Yeyyan Domination - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got great results with it.

Many thanks, I have been researching "carb cycling menu ideas" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.

So when you carb cycle lets say you eat 2000 calories if you cut carbs to 0 in day 1 then you have to raise the other two macros to hit 2000 calories?

COF cod is great but has almost no flavor. my trick to adding flavor without adding salt is to marinade it in lemon juice from 1 lemon, fresh cracked black pepper and a little orange juice if needed to fill space. i do that in zip locs pre portioned out. lasts in the fridge 2-3 days

Hey Artemis. How do you feel about working out in a fasted state? I've read about it in a couple places but don't know if it really works and if it could take a toll on someone's body.
@renzoarana39728 жыл бұрын
Bro use common sense, TRAINING IN A FASTED STATE? WHAT FUEL IS YOUR BODY GONNA BURN WHEN YOU WORK OUT. If you dont wanna eat carbs before training, then eat protein and fats so at least you got SOME fuel in you or else it would be completely unefficient.
@bowwen8 жыл бұрын
"What fuel is your body gonna burn when you work out"......................................UMMMMM FAT! thats kinda the whole point of being fasted SMH
@renzoarana39728 жыл бұрын
Bowen Exactly but taining with empty stomach is NEVER a good thing. Simply use common sense, eat then train and if you are cutting then throughout the whole day, watch your diet. SIMPLE.
@vimo27328 жыл бұрын
Renzo Arana Not necessarily. Gotta hunt, kill and cook before you eat
@renzoarana39728 жыл бұрын
Are you serious? Of course before hunting you must of eaten. COMMON SENSE.

I heard carb cycling only works to it's full potential for those on steroids. I would like to carb cycle cus one of my idols (Frank Zane) did but people say carb cycle only works 100% if you're on some type of gear. how true is this also INTERVIEW BOB PARIS ALREADY!!!
@higgo868 жыл бұрын
Chris Goomba did it last summer, lost 8kg of fat, got stronger doing 5x5 strong lift programme. Had abs and veins. Started 87kg, ended 79kg after 8weeks. LPP program 200/150/100 carb cycle. Worked for me

Hamim Mahatab i'm 15 brah you're just not doing it right
@gregthesuperninjaturtle4508 жыл бұрын
Hamim Mahatab I dont understand what you was doing, you do realise that your body needs protein, carbs and fats to build muscle. Artemus is talking about stripping the fat whilst trying to minimise muscle loss, not building muscle. Plus he's on steroids and he has crazy genetics, guy probably had a good body before even starting. Who told you to spend so much on food and train so much in gym? Hahhhaha Eat a good diet, do some research and train smart. Guarantee you'll see results between 3-6 months. I'm natty and results are slow af but at least I am still seeing results.
