Artemus my name is Peter I'm am from the US. I'm 23 years old, and I have been going to the gym now for 2 years. I have seen some muscle growth in this time but I am not satisfied with my results. I know it will take patients and dedication to get to where I want to be, but I have not a clue what to do next. I have seen a lot of your videos and they really have inspired me to keep pushing and change my life. I strongly agree with how you feel about body building. Its more than just eating and lifting weights. Its a positive life style and a beautiful form of art. I am ready to commit my life to become a natural body builder, and one day have an amazing physic like you. I would be beyond grateful if there is any kind of advice that you could give me to help me succeed. Thank you for all the hard work you put into making all these videos to help inspire others and change their lives. I know you have made an impact on mine!

So by not spiking your insulin and not in taking carbs post workout during my cutting phase like he mentioned, wouldn't I be more prone to muscle loss since I'm not getting nutrients to the muscle as quickly post workout? Or as long as I'm replenishing with protein is that enough to make sure I'm not nutrient starved?

Hey Man thanks for the advice, would you recommend stanozolol or tren for cutting? Maybe getting both of them in one cycle? Thanks Man love your videos.
@mitchellhayman3819 жыл бұрын
Diego Arranz I would try Tren first and see how you go. If you don't like it try the Stan. I would start low on the Tren and see how you react with the dreams, insomnia, cramps, sweats, etc. If you like the stuff try a bit more. Stan is ok but you have to inject often and it's water based, so the risk of infection is higher. Go with the Tren and see how you like it first, if you don't like it try something else, maybe Stan or Mast. also some people can get cut just fine on test and eq with a little anastrozole. Don't try shit that's too drastic too soon.

speaking out because you're one of my top idols BUT you definitely said that you do not like to use microwaves at the beginning of this video... then preceded to microwave wild rice which takes like two weeks to cook over the stove.. wouldn't be surprised if it was still in the microwave.
@stavroskalogridis19148 жыл бұрын
Mavrick Bryson you did not understand him. He is cooking on a daily basis. He doesnt like to refrigerate his food and then heat on microwaves, food that was cooked 2, 3 days ago. The only food he microwaved was rice, like you can do with oats also, no harm on that, no micros lost because rice has not much
