Hi Shellvedge, first of all, thank you for your great videos about cordovan content. I always enjoy looking then. Today was the day, when I had to order the ebony stick. I am excited to hold it in my hands in 5-6 weeks. Hopefully, the quality will be as good as shown in your videos, because the shipping costs to Germany are a quarter of the ebony stick prize. xD I am interested in the upcoming duty costs, when I will receive the stick. What ever, thank you so much for this product and keep on producing those informative videos.

Come out and say it: The non Horween tanneries plastic coat their shell. The creasing is the plastic not the underlying shell.

You make it sound like I have this definitive information and am intentionally downplaying or saying the opposite lol. If I knew for sure the ins and outs of how tanneries finished their leathers, I for sure say it. But the fact that I haven’t just means I don’t know.
