They have any leopards up in Oregon that you’ve heard of? They say the migrate there but never see any fishing reports on it

Yes I haven’t caught any but I have seen a vid of someone catching multiple while in Oregon fishing the surf for surf perch. I’m not sure where but it was Oregon
