It's the 'angle of the dangle'. Chinook salmon spend their entire adult life feeding on herring, anchovy, sardines and sand lance, forget all the hype, emulate those baitfish(silver, blue, green, UV , black and white) that's what triggers their residual feeding instincts, especially when they are fresh in. Use UV, green or white flashers with silver, gold, glow or oil slick panels. White double glow is a killer flasher, it's about maximum visibility.

Erik Homer If your not using a Flasher with a fin, I wouldn’t even fish it. Buy Shortbus or another brand with the fins.
