Love this lure! I limited out yesterday on rainbows. I just ordered 2 each in patterns that will work on my home lake. Great quality and action. The hooks are strong and sharp. These are superior in every way compared to rapalas!

Caught the most decent and nice sized fish on the Arkansas in Pueblo using those. Definitely my favorite next to rooster tails

Try some JDM jerkbaits. They get down deep and fast. I've caught some tanks on them.

When we try this in Ireland, pike end up biting the line. And then when you put a trace on, the trout get spooked. 😢

Oh bummer! That is true trout can be super spooky in some waters and this method won’t work well.

What Knot Do You Tie On It?

Usually just a standard clench knot but I suppose other ones like a Palomar would work too

Not if you take proper care of the fish, pinch your barbs, and use a net but you have a good point and I am mostly fly fishing rivers these days for that very reason
