How To Center The Axle on a Jeep

Do you need a front end alignment after the adjustment or is just because it was already out of alignment? I'm curious as to my front track bar it out and needs adjustment but do I need an alignment afterwards?

Yes, when you adjust the trac bar, you need to re align the toe. That is the only alignment setting that w j's have I actually have the tools from iron rock off road where I can align it myself.
