Chest 77 (39:46) puzzle might be bugged as of 8/16/24 the final wind current of the puzzle keeps bugging out and in

Came here to see if I was doing something wrong in that challenge only to find that the person in the video was able to do it without issue because the wind current never disappeared for them. I tested it a lot and it seems the wind current activates if you go beneath the platforms, but disappears before getting you close enough to the final platform to grapple your way up there. Glad it's not just me experiencing the bug at least. I recommend reporting it to customer service so they hopefully will fix it faster, I just submitted a report too.

For Secret Investigation Quest, the chests only claimable while doing the quest. Danggggggg! Missed that one. Hate it when they quest-gated the chest.
