Hey! I don't believe it does anymore, I know back in the day changing a page name sent a notification to followers for regular pages but I don't believe it does that anymore/don't think it does that for business pages. Hope this helps!

When I follow you instructions I get this message "Creating content with this name is not allowed. Try another name." I tried 20 different ways and nothing works. Hello! We first made our page about a decade ago, so things may have been different back then! But if your business name is an acronym, it should let you publish in all caps according to Facebook: facebook.com/help/519912414718764

BTW, it looks like they changed things again. I didn't find it where you said. It looks like things changed and i had to go to Business Suite and > General Page Settings to change it. It says it will take 3 days to reflect the change. Thanks!

Thanak you for your video. I followed the instructions and I tried to edit name. I did what it said , however, I can't see where it changed anything. It says that I have to wait 60 days for any change. How can I see where the change happened?

Hey! So, when changing your name it may take up to 3 days to reflect the change. Once approved you should see it immediately, and the 60 days is just how long you have to wait to change it again. Hope this helped!

You won't lose followers because you changed your name, however people may unfollow you if they don't recognize your name. So maybe make some posts warning people about the name change and letting them know what the new name is going to be so they don't get confused!

That's completely up to you. It may take up to 3 days for Facebook to approve your new name if that helps!

It could be a handful of things. Do you own the page? If not, you may not have access to those abilities. Have you tried to change it recently? There's a limit to how often you can, I believe it's every 60 days.
